What is CLIN8?
CLIN8 is a premium cleaning brand offering eco-friendly, effective cleaning solutions for your home. Our products combine powerful cleaning performance with environmental responsibility.
How do the refill tablets work?
Your parcel will usually come with an insert card with the instructions written on it. Simply drop one or two tablet into your reusable CLIN8 bottle, fill with water, and shake gently. The tablet dissolves quickly to create a ready-to-use cleaning solution.
Are your products biodegradable?
Yes! Our formulas are biodegradable and designed to minimize environmental impact while delivering excellent cleaning results.
Are they safe for kids and pets?
Our products are formulated with safety in mind. When used as directed, they're safe around children and pets. Always store products out of reach and follow label instructions.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order within 2–4 business days from dispatch. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3pm are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, weekends and bank holiday will be processed the next business day. NOTE: Our business day is Mon-Fri.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We're working on expanding to more locations soon!
Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your CLIN8 products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@morriescleaningltd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a returns label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
